Kimberly Major, PA-C
A fellow of both the America Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA), Ms. Major brings broad experience and education in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Urgent Care to Ocala Family Physicians. Before joining our staff, Ms. Major attended Longwood College to obtain a Bachelors of Science in Business. She then served in the U.S. Army, broadening her medical knowledge in research specializing in otolaryngology and micro-vascular surgery. While in the military, she attended the Academy of Health Sciences in Ft. Sam Houston, Texas as a Distinguished Honor Graduate. Ms. Major obtained her Physician Assistant degree at Miami-Dade College and finished at Nova Southeastern with a Masters in Medical Science in 2003.

As a Physician Assistant, I utilize my many professional talents to bring a unique level of healthcare. I enjoy taking the time to teach and elevate the patient's understanding of the many common disease processes. I feel that patient education ensures success and optimizes the overall patient experience. This unique bond will ultimately help provide a better quality of healthcare.
Cynthia Ehrhardt, ARNP, MSN, FNP-BC
Cindy joined the practice in 1997 and has 30 years of nurse practitioner experience. She is a graduate of Boise State University with a BSN-FNP and an MSN from Valdosta State University. She has been nationally certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) since 1981.
Her prior nurse practitioner experiences have been in a variety of settings including emergency room, rural health care, and family practice.
In addition, she has participated as a clinical preceptor for Florida State University, University of Florida, and Valdosta State University and is currently an assistant professor at Central Florida Community College.
Amanda Stagmer, LMT
After graduating with an AA degree, Amanda obtained her National Massage Therapy License. She has been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since 2002. Through massage therapy Amanda provides relaxation and rehabilitation to clients of all ages. She has worked in several medical and chiropractic offices and enjoys working with amateur and professional athletes to help prepare them for, and rejuvenate them after, sporting events. The majority of Amanda’s focus is therapeutic or deep tissue, and she also provides Swedish massage.
Amanda is certified in Active Isolated Stretching and Medical Exercise Rehabilitation. She regularly participates in continuing education courses in a variety of aspects of massage therapy, including, but not limited to, treatment of migraines and headaches, TMJ, neck, back, and shoulder pain.
Deb Robart, LE, LPN - Nurse Esthetician
Deb has over 20 years of experience using the most advanced cosmetic skin treatment programs, helping our patients achieve optimum skin health. As a licensed esthetician, she has trained and worked alongside the finest aesthetic dermatologists in the country.
Deb has extensive experience in the field of surgical dermatology and plastic-reconstructive surgery. All of our treatments are performed by our physicians or under their direction to ensure safe and effective results.
Lori Armstrong, MS, CSCS, HFS
After graduating with an AA degree, Amanda obtained her National Massage Therapy License. She has been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since 2002. Eleanor Curran, PA-C
Eleanor is a proud Gator through and through. She first graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Sport Science with Honors. During that time she also obtained her EMT license and worked in the Emergency Department at Alachua General Hospital where she was exposed to a variety of healthcare scenarios over the next 5 years. To add to this experience she went ahead and received a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Eleanor was then led to enter the Physician Assistant Master’s Program at the University of Florida and graduated in 2004. She subsequently accepted a position with the University working in the College of Medicine with the Department of Surgery and Shands Healthcare.


She was the in-patient coordinator for the Surgical Oncology service where she had the privilege to work with many of the surgical pioneers of the country. After four years, she moved on to a busy private surgical practice in Ocala where she added to her knowledge base over the next two years. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants as well as the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
Eleanor is thankful for the opportunity to serve in Family Practice. She feels it is important to see each patient as a body, a mind, and a spirit. For her, it is essential to remember the well patient is one in which all three are acknowledged as having an impact on the whole. She believes that an educated patient with a supportive healthcare team leads to the best chance of compliance.
Katlin Prendergast, LMT
Katlin has been practicing as a licensed massage therapist for 7 years and is a member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association. She enjoys using techniques such as deep tissue, myofascial release, and Swedish massage to relieve chronic and temporary pain in patients; as well as stretching techniques to improve flexibility. She has worked alongside physical therapists in out-patient, in-patient, and wound care settings and understands the need to tailor the massage to the patient’s individual needs.
Katlin regularly participates in continuing education, such as classes taught by renowned sports massage therapist Michael McGillicuddy. As a sports enthusiast, Katlin enjoys taking courses specific to athletic pursuits, such as cycling and golfing.
